Frequently Asked Questions

We offer podcasts, webinars, photography, documentaries, livestreaming and event Coverage.

We are available every weekday 8am to 5pm – from Monday to Friday. However, we are flexibole depending on your availability. You can book a session on Saturday or on any week day after normal working hours.

We make sure there is a 15 minute buffer before and after all podcasts to allow the engineer to change over the studio for each podcast. If you go over a little bit, it’s all good. Please be mindful of wrapping up on time so as not to run into the next podcaster’s session. If your session runs more than 15 minutes over, an additional charge will be added to your session.

You are always welcome to reschedule a cancelled session. In general, we do not offer refunds on cancellations, but you are always welcome to reschedule your cancelled session. 

We can accommodate up to 4 total guests in the studio at any given time

Bring any notes or production elements that you would like to use during your recording. We take care of all the production top to bottom so you don’t have to worry about any of that. Our engineer will coordinate with you the day before the session to get any files needed for your show. Other than that you can bring a good attitude, and you’re all set!
